Where are your pieces made?

Every Psychopath Lab piece is embroidered, printed and finished in-house at our studio in Cambridge, Ontario. Blanks are sourced from heavyweight cut-and-sew and premium blank makers; details are on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All orders ship from Canada. We ship across Canada, to the US, and internationally wherever Canadian carriers deliver. Rates are shown at checkout.

Will I pay duties or taxes on a US order?

Possibly. Orders ship from Canada, and US customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery. These are set by US customs and the carrier, not by us, and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. The same applies to other countries outside Canada.

Do you make kids' sizes?

Not at the moment.

How do I care for embroidery and puff print?

Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Heat and tumble drying wear down puff prints and thread over time.

Can you make something custom for my brand or team?
